Hello Doctor, I will be travelling to Nigeria and need to obtain the Yellow Fever vaccine. I know it is not recommended for pregnant women to receive, but if we are trying to fall pregnant, what are the effects, if any, on fertility? Is there perhaps a waiting period to abstain before trying to fall pregnant after receiving the vaccine?
