I'm 17 years old. I woke up yesterday to notice that there was a hard lump inside my right earlobe. If I become specific about its location then it is inside the walls of lobule. Today I noticed that the same is there in my left ear too. The lump is very hard to press and it pains when I press it. And yes it itches,often. So now, I have two hard ball like things residing inside my ear. I tried taking a picture of it but in the pticture the lump is unnoticeable, completely. I know it is very stupid to think of it as cancer but I'm concerned about it too. Please Help!
