Hello Doctor , It Was Just Confirmed To Me That

Hello Doctor , It was just confirmed to me that i have varicocele. I have actually been feeling burns or itch at the base of my scrotal sac on the left not necessarily pain i just felt some slight pain which lasted for less than 7s. I went to the urologist with a problem of frequent urinition and burns on the fatty area that protexts the bladder(mons) . The report said i have no kidney problem , no prostate problem too. But a grade 3 varicocele on the left and garde1 on the right . I however feel pain sometimes in the bone between my left tie and my left side of my scrotum. I feel week in my left leg and some pain in my left buttocks. I would like to know if it’s the left base part or the urinition problem that is causing that . Because anytime i urinate my mons burns that is when i feel some testicular pain or painbelow my scrotal sac and i was also not feeling any varicocele effect until i started urinating frequently
