Hello Doctor, Its Been 29 Days Since I Started Taking

Hello Doctor,
Its been 29 days since I started taking Cefdinir 300.The discharge hasn't stopped.The sensation of something going on in the affected/infected area persists.I do a hot compress quite often but not regularly. Please let know if you think I should complete the course or something different needs be done.
