Hello Doctor!!! Ive Been Having A Slight Pain In My

Hello Doctor!!! Ive been having a slight pain in my neck when laying down and then it radiates to the right side of my chest and middle back area between my shoulder blades. When I cough the pain worsens in my chest and back area, I start having these symptoms a bouts 4 weeks ago. The pain is not constant but comes out of no where and then lasts a few days. Any ideas of what is going on
