Visualised Bones: Degenerative changes in lumber spine.

IMPRESSION

1) Irregular, asymmetric, mildly exophytic circumferential wall thickening of stomach involving the proximal body with an luminal component, adjacent perigastric fat stranding with few enlarged perigastric lymph nodes as described.
. Omenal steakiness with nodules as described.
. Few small mesentric nodules.
. Enlarged intra abdominal lymph nodes in the lesser omentum, greater omentum, mesentery, upper para-aortic and aorto-caval groups.
. Minimal free fluid in the perigastric region.
. Liver shows multiple hypodense lesions - Likely to represent metastasis.
