Hello Doctor, My 2.3 Year Old Daughter Is Suffering From

Hello Doctor,

My 2.3 year old daughter is suffering from fever from last 2 days. It started with 99.5 F. First day it was reached max 99.8 F. Second Day it was reached max of 100.8 F. We gave calpol 120 mg 5ml both the days. Yesterday night it reached 101.4 F. We gave Meftal P 5 ml. But still today in morning fever is 100 F. She has problem with flavoured Medicine. She used to do vomit after having any flavoured medicine. I am not sure which medicine to give which doesn't have any flavour. Please suggest.
