Hello Doctor. My 86 Year Old Mother Has A Severe

Hello Doctor. My 86 year old Mother has a severe UTI and is not alert. She was give Sipro, then Bactrim. She is a diabetic which her glucose has been over 500 for a few days, on top of dementia. She has been sleeping or not awake for over a week. Is this something to be very concerned about?
