Hello Doctor, My Age Is 26. This Month My Egg

Hello Doctor, My age is 26. This month My egg size is same (14mm) for past three days. Its in left side of uterus. Usually left side egg size will be maximum 20mm as we have done ovulation studies for 3-4 months. But in right side it has shown more than 20mm. The eggs will be forming in left and right sides in alternative months. My doctor said that if small size follicles are there it will not contain any egg inside it. it will be empty sometimes. Now do i need to consider only right side egg to concieve? Please help me in this
