Hello Doctor, My Baby Is 10 Months 26 Days Old.

Hello Doctor,
My baby is 10 months 26 days old. She is passing loose stool since last night and today it became watery. Her poo is sour smelly and she is passing smelly gas too. We started feeding him varieties of solid foods recently and she had her typhoid vaccine three days back. Although she started solid food at the age of 7 months, recently she was refusing to eat solid foods. She had diarrhea at the age of 2 and half months due to lactose intolerance. After a month it was fine and I put her on lactogen. Please suggest her diet. Should she be on soya milk, or lactogen or solid home made food like rice, green banana curry etc.
