Hello Doctor, My Baby Is 13 Months Young And He

Hello Doctor,
My baby is 13 months young and he is having some allergy to dust. He had been hospitalized due to bronchitics when he was 6 months. Because of dust allergy he is having continue running nose. I think due to this he became very irritative. so please help on this.
