Hello Doctor... My Child Swallowed A 2 Rs. Coin And

Hello Doctor... My child swallowed a 2 Rs. coin and it got stuck just above the food pipe. As per the doctor, only endoscopy can be done to get it out and they told me that the charges would be somewhat around 40000 INR. Please suggest if they are charging me genuinely or not.
