Hello Doctor, My Dad Is Suffering From Minor Left Side

Hello Doctor,
My dad is suffering from minor left side paralysis . he actually walk slowly and even his eye pupil or cornea dont know exact medical term (i.e layman term black eye ball) is not in linear postion when he view any object but he has normal vision where he can read the long text .

Please advise some physiotherapy exercise that can be done at home
