Hello Doctor... My daughter 1 yr old.. 15 days back she was diagnosed to have bronchopneumonia nd condition settled after iv antibiotics nd hypertonic saline neb.. Then past 1 week she was absolutely normal.. Nw again two days back she started having running nose nd cough.. She is on antibiotic cefpodoxime nd clavulanic acid combination.. Nw oly at night after she lies down she gets cough.. After vomiting out food or saliva she settles.. After I give saline nasal drops she sleeps well nd no cough the whole day.. Is it post nasal drip Dr?? Wat to do
