Hello, Doctor. My Daughter Has Been Taking Dilaudid For About

Hello, Doctor. My daughter has been taking dilaudid for about 10 years for pain related to syringomyelia and a stroke following surgery to drain the syrinx. I notice that her teeth are separating and spaces are appearing between them. She wore braces for a year about two years ago but now the problem seems worse than before she wore the braces. She is also taking cymbalta for the same reason. Could the teeth or gum problem be caused by either or both of these drugs?
