Hello Doctor,
My father is 70 years and he was diagnosed as Parkinson Plus Syndrome. He is going thru medicine as Syn-dopa CR 125 mg , Nuhenze. Earlier he was taking Syn-dopa Plus & he was very much lazy , drowsy feeling, not interested. But since last 1 month after starting Syn-dopa CR 125 mg we saw much energetic, he is responding to Physiotherapy.
My query is - Is Parkinson decrease & Parkinson Plus Syndrome similar ? If he continue CR 125mg , will their be continue improving ? Will regular neuro Physiotherapy exercise will required in long term ?
