Hello Doctor, My Mother (58yrs) Suffering With Wrist Pain From

Hello Doctor,
My mother (58yrs) suffering with wrist pain from last one year, consulted with some doctors.
They are not able to find reason with X-Ray & blood test, just giving some medicine for nerves problem. But still she is suffering with same problem.

Can you please suggest, a best way to resolve this kind of health issues.
