Hello Doctor, My Parents Got Into An Accident 2 Days
Hello Doctor,
My parents got into an accident 2 days ago. Both of them have rib fractures.
My father has in 4 & 5th right rib and a minor crack in right shoulder. He complains of severe pain especially during night.
My mother has fracture in 7 & 8th on left side but the pain is both side and in hips too. She has problem while lying down. The pain is again more during nights or while lying.
It will be really helpful if you can tell me what to do for their speedy recovery like any special diet supplement or any light exercise.
The doctor we consulted told us to go for walks. The also gave the belts to immobilize any severe movement.
