Hello Doctor, My Question Is That My Husband Has Prostate

Hello Doctor, My question is that my husband has prostate cancer. and about a month ago his scrotum has swollen up and he is in constant pain. He is currently taking pain pill but they don't seem to help. He also is not getting any rest at night because of the constant pain.
