Hello Doctor, My Son Will Be 3 Months This 21st

Hello Doctor, My son will be 3 months this 21st April and he puts alot of pressure while passing stool and his face turns red. and also recently i have noticed, he puts a little bit pressure and his face turns red even while passing urine. What could be the problem with my son?
