Hello Doctor. My Wife Is Having Symptoms Of Burning And

Hello Doctor. My wife is having symptoms of burning and itching sensation in her vagina. She also has frequent urge to pass urine. Couple of days ago, there was thick white discharge around the vagina as well. Today morning she complained of pain in abdomen. She has taken cifran 500 today morning and also applied clocip cream around her vagina. She also took an aceclofenac for pain. But the burning sensation is still persistent. Can you please advice some remedy? Thanks in advance.
