Hello Doctor Rynne. I have been experiencing extreme discomfort with pre-ejaculate flooding my penis. I believe it could be an issue of retrograde ejaculation as well. If I am aroused, I can't keep the pre-fluid from coming out, and at times I have experienced sudden intense sweating and nausea. Is this a typical presentation of retrograde ejaculation?
