Hello Doctor Since My Appendix Operation Has Been Carried Out,

Hello Doctor
Since my appendix operation has been carried out, after eating I get motions and now i also get pain in right waist and lower back which goes sonetimes on upper back. Yesterday I had done ct scan plain. The report says Mild hepatomegaly and unfixated ascending colon and caecum and ileo-caecal junction seen in midline in the pelvic cavity. Please suggest me what needs to be done now.
