Hello, Doctor. So, I've Been Having Issues With My Health

Hello, Doctor. So, I've been having issues with my health surrounding my work environment lately. Due to mainly cold temperatures (I work in a 28-32 degree room, if going by the supposed temperature regulations, most of the time; I work full-time) that I have measured against how I feel each day going to work and at work, I have experienced: hyper sensitivity to cold, dryness on the backs of my hands (this is NOT a product of hand washing in this case; more information available upon request), easy and early fatigue (including an inability to stay up very long even after getting out of the cold temperatures; think a 12-14 hour day, where I otherwise can work full-time out of the cold and have a 14-18 hour day easily), quickly stiffening limbs, sore muscles (from the cold, specifically, not from strenuous exercise or the like), and growing shortness of breath. These are just the symptoms that come to mind right now, though I'm sure there's a possibility of others that I'm forgetting. Is there any way you could help me figure out what's going on and what sort of accommodations I might ask for at work (other than moving me out of the cold...they put me right back in it regardless of my complaints that it takes ill effects upon my health) to help me better be able to do my job without issues arising in my everyday life?
