Hello Doctor, DI Had My Teeth Removed The Day Before

Hello Doctor, dI had my teeth removed the day before yesterday and I m felling pain in tongue. In my tongue a white and red bump is showing. So it is hard to speak and eat due to tongue problem. Please suggest me what is causes and treatment? I m taking antibiotics and painkiller now.
