Hello Doctor, i am very concerned about my CT results, first of all i have done MRI for my brain and nick one of the results in MRI was that: Apart from CSF-iso-Intense, small cyst (8 mm)involving medial right temporal lobe, choroid fissure just behind the uncus and medial to temporal horn of lateral ventricle, other wise normal signal intensity characteristics of cortex and white matter of both cerebral and cerebellar parenchyma with no abnormal SI seen.
two days back i had sinuses CT which indicated:
bilateral maxillary multifocal small polypoidal mucsoal thicknening on is seen juxta osteal on the left side
in the conclusion they mentioned :
bilateral maxillary small retension cyst versus polyps
deviated nasal septum
hypertrophied inferior nasal turbinates
right middle turbinate concha bullosa
please please please explain in details what both results means, and is the cyst which was diagnosed in the MRI is the same one mentioned in CT???
How series is the case and what is the best to be done accordingly
thank you very much
