Hello Doctor, I Have The Same Case As The Question

Hello Doctor, i have the same case as the question above, only diff is that i am already 6days delayed from my period, which was expected 31 July. I did my Beta Hcg yesterday and result came out <0.10mIu/mL. What is that really mean? I am having nausea especially in the morning, and some cramping too. Gascious feeling is present too
