Hello Doctor, My Father Is 54years Old And He Is

Hello Doctor, my father is 54years old and he is a heart patient now since last year. But now something i observe is that when he sleeps , his left hand and left jerks sometimes at night without disturbing his sleep. Not every night but it jerks most of the times but the jerk doesn't disturb his sleep. What is it actually? Is anything wrong with it ?
