Hello Doctor My Husband Is 36 Now & He Was

Hello Doctor my husband is 36 now & he was affected by polio in his childhood ,His left leg is very slightly smaller than the right one ,the area from hip joint till above knee is thinner than the right one.He can easily walk without support but it would be a great help if u can suggest any kind of surgery which can fix it up? Where should we go for it??we are in Mumbai .
