Hello Doctor My Mother In Law Got Epistaxis This Afternoon

Hello Doctor my mother in law got epistaxis this afternoon , fortunately bleeding stopped by itself .now after few hours she got another episode .. Bleeding from nostril and blood clots from mouth .. She complaining pain in the neck and back down head and pain in right arm :( please help us
