Hello Doctor, My Son Aged 6 Last Month Got Diagnosed

Hello Doctor, my son aged 6 last month got diagnosed with Cylendrical eye power in right of 4.25 and left normal -1.25. Is there any solution. He is been wearing specs regularly but now his power increased R 4.5 and left -1.5.

I am very worried need advice and anything which can be done.
