Hello Doctor, We Had Sex During Her Last Mensturation Cycle

Hello Doctor, we had sex during her last mensturation cycle and that too with condom. But to be on safer side she had taken one 'postpone 72' pill. Now, she is having another menstural cycle started within 20 days of previous one. Do these symptoms anyhow gives indication of being pregnant? What are these anomalies for, is there anything to worry?
