Hello Doctor.I M 33yr Old PCOD Woman,married 5 Mnths Back.Undergoing

Hello Doctor.I m 33yr old PCOD woman,married 5 mnths back.Undergoing Infertility treatment.Aftr InjHCG 5000IU & having Intercourse on 30th day of cycle, right ovary ruptured.Dr.told to use Naturogest200mg for 20days.She told if u get periods,go for USG pelvis on Day 1 or 2.Or come after 20days if I don't get periods.My doubt is when do I get periods after taking Naturogest200mg,using vaginally for 20days...Will I get periods during it's intake or after completion of Naturogest as I ve irregular , delayed & heavy periods
