Hello Doctors, I Am 29 Yrs Old Unmarried Female Based

Hello Doctors, I am 29 yrs old unmarried female based out in Mumbai. Suddenly, I have seen changes in my hair. They have become frizzy. Initially I thought it is because of winter season they have become dry but after winter also the condition is same. On top of that my hair has started turning white. Honestly they are very few but thinking to consult good dermatologist before it's too late.
Can you please suggest me the medication/prevention to avoid this further.
