Hello Doctors I am 44 years old and I was recently diagnosed with a dermoid cyst on my right ovary. Teh question is my right ovary measures 3.5 cm X 1.9 cm and it contains a 2.1 cm x 1.5 cm cyst which contains an intramural endophytic cchogenic 0.4 cm X 0.5 cm Solidcomponent. The sac has no fluid inside of itI have not had my period I am trying to concieve my pregnancy tests are negative even blood test. Can the Dermoid cyst stop me from conceiving?
