Hello Doctor's, I Am Having Itching (legs And Head) Like

Hello Doctor's,
I am having itching (legs and head) like mosquito bits and swelling (lips,forehead,eyebrow) past 30 days, I am taking Teczine tablet every alternate days.

If I forgot to take one day table, the swelling and itching starts next day.

Please advice how long it will take this Teczine tables or is there any alternate tables , and please provide me lotions for itching.
