Hello Doctors, My 4 Yr Old Son Woke Up This

Hello Doctors, My 4 yr old son woke up this morning with a swollen ear in the middle now almost the whole ear is swollen. Hurts to touch but no complaints other than that, no fever he's been playing fine, there is a tiny pin point dot in the middle. Any help please, thank you!
