My daughter has rheumatoid artist problem in both legs knee there are swelling, doctor was given her steroid injection in that knee on month Feb-2015, no any medicine on going but now again slowly increase the swelling on both leg knee. Last blood test report shown Rheumatoid factor 6.3 IU/ml and ESR 59 mm/hr. So please help/guide for reduce the ESR with home diet.
