Hello Doctors My Mother Is Having Problems In Her Shoulder

My mother is having problems in her shoulder since 1 year.. she feels the pain in her upper back (below the neck ), under her arm and also on her upper arm (all on right hand side). She cannot send her hand back if she wants to attach her apron, etc.
She did a dry needling treatment but was not relieved. She also had injection done on her shoulder, the pain decreases for some days but starts again.
Lately, she did Hijama (cupping treatment), but she is still not free from the pain.
Can you please suggest a treatment for her as she is very much depressed.
