Hello Dr. Andrew Rynne. I Am A Student From Cyprus

Hello Dr. Andrew Rynne. I am a student from Cyprus and over the past couple of months i am having some problems which bother me all the time. My question is when I drink water I immediately go to toilet and the color of urine is as the colour of water that I drank, no any changes, no any smells or anything in the urine, just water that I drank. As if it directly came out when i drank water not even circulating and functioning. So, is it the sign of any kind of health problem or is it normal doctor ? Thanks in advance!
