Hello, Dr. Andrew Rynne, I have two problems. One is the stiffness on my up back for 2yrs, and it is getting worser this winter. The other is the sneezing and running nose almost every morning when I just get up if don't put lots clothes on immediately. I am 53 yrs old woman. My period is disorder. I don't hve any other medical conditions. Could you please what's going on me? And what should I do to get a rid of these problems?
