Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello Dr. Bhatti - I have the same exact symptoms of the woman's below - I have a raised hardened lump on one side of my nose which has been slowly growing for 8 years. At first no one really noticed it but it is clear in photos now and my family agrees it is growing. It is as if the skin is pushing out into a new rounded shape and the cartilage has thickened or hardened - it is getting worse quickly. My past rosacea is somewhat under control and the Metrogel/TTO used to keep my red spots under control and my nose a bit smaller but now it is no longer working. I no longer have rosacea pustules - only slight redness and this hard lumpy deformed bulbous nose and now the same thing is beginning to happen on the other side with divots in the skin - please answer what is the best treatment - is there a natural treatment?? Many, many thanks.
PAST QUESTION "For the last six months I have had a growing lump on the tip of my nose. It is to the left side. At first it just felt like a little grain but now is the size of a small pea. It is a hard mass under the skin (not a spot). It doesn't hurt when touched and the skin is fine not broken or red. It has recently spread down the area between my nostrils which is now enlarged and hard. If I look up my nose I can see that the left nostril is now a different shape to the other nostril as the lump seems to be pushing it out of shape. My husband says the lump is now more noticeable than a few months ago. I now have a noticeable 'divot' in the middle of the tip of my nose where the left hand side is raised."
