Hello Dr. Can Intercostal Nerve Pain Also Effect The Right

Hello Dr. Can Intercostal nerve pain also effect the right side of the rib cage as well as the left,, I have had x-rays MRI's Chest x-rays, It started on the right or close to the middle of my back in Feb. and started to move around from the back ribs to the lets say the spare ribs. I am not sure what Dr. to see next. I have had many operations do to lymes disease and don't know if this could just be another system, I've had a lot of nerve, tendon and other problems with this since late 70's early 80's
