Hello Dr,

Good day,
I was prescribe to take 60 mg Gupisone (20 mg/3 tablet/day) after my kidney biopsy result.

I'm on this medication for the past 3 days and I feel terrible pain in my lower back.

Is this somewhat a cause of the medicine I'm taking?

Is there any precaution or medication to reduce/eliminate the pain?

Can I still smoke while on this medicine (4 stick maximum a day)?
