Hello Dr. Herrick J. Siegel I Am Always Hot Feeling

Hello Dr. Herrick J. Siegel
I am always hot feeling like I am in 100 degree weather and this is going on day or night sometimes sweating, I can where a light sweater out in 40 - 30 degree weather or blast my air condition and still be on fire. I did speak to a doctor about it and they have no clue to what's taking place. All my blood test came back as nothing is wrong and no diseases... May I have some advice on what may it be or a least a possibility. Help me Doc
