Hello Dr, I Myself an pulmonologist ..My wife his having PCOD right >left. she had ectopic pregnancy in lt salpinx for which salphingectomy was done last year..her periods are irregular and very time she must take hormone tablets....HSG done last week was normal(right salphinx was normal)..all other routine investigations normal.....No h/o ectopics in family.............will she conceive? its 2 yrs post marriage ....how long to try naturally ... should we go for alternative methods kindly suggest.
