I am 28 years male using Glycomet gp 1 tab since 1 year. Lately I am feeling a kind of pain in my chest and back. Feel uneasy and I keep getting burps very often. I drink lots of water daily. I am in control with my sugar. I exercise daily for 45 - 60 min. I got ECG done. When consulted doctor they said its acidity and only a muscular pain and not related to heart. Please help doctor. Would be of really great help. Thank U.
