I am 49 years old, 118 lbs trying to be fit and healthy all the time. I dont go to a doctor and take any medicine because i dont really get sick. I am very particular what i put in my mouth.
Its been a while i noticed that i have a lump in my lower left back. No pain at all if i will push it. The only thing when i watched in the mirror its really there. May i know whats is this?
