Hello Dr. I Am 57yr Old Female With A History

Hello Dr. I am 57yr old female with a history of anxiety and panic attacks since I was an adolescent. My ? Is 're meds. I have been on several diff antidepressants since age 30. Toleraated well. Currently on; WelbutrinXL 300mgs, Effexor 150mg, Adderall 60mg divided btwn morning and afternoon, then several PRN meds. including; Antibiotic for cystic acne breakouts- fairly often, Acyclovir for mouth and nose fever blister breakouts-fairly often, Albuterol and Flonaze-rarely. Recently I injured my knee and as a result my sciatic nerve has been almost debilitating. My psychiatric Dr. Just prescribed Gabapentin for it. Is it really okay to take it with all these other meds? Also, I've read all the off label conditions it helps and I have several of those conditions. Should I ask my Dr if I should quit taking some of my meds and just take Gabi? I hate being on so many meds! Oh yah, I also have taken various opiates for the pain. I get dependent on them very quickly and have severe withdrawals when I have to stop.
