Hello Dr, I am a 50yr old female, 5’8”, 139lbs. I have a history of chronic pain(CRPS); pancreatitis, & gastroparesis. The last 2 days I have been experiencing abdominal pain upper moving down to lower especially when I eat. I do suffer from chronic lumbar back pain, cervical pain, & left sided pain due to my Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy(RSD) And I am really nauseous esp. today. I do take Zofran(Odansetron) for my nausea up to 3x’s/day. And I take Reglan 2x’s/day. Plus I take Morphine Sulfate Er 15mg Bid & Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen 10-325mg Bid prn
I feel like I may be having a pancreatitis exacerbation. What do u think?
